Other than yard sales, and markets , and antique stores . What other places can you find free or reasonably priced junk to put in the garden? Any other tips about how to buy etc.. is appreciated.

There is a web site called Freecycle and can be found on yahoo. People offer to give things away for free rather than put them out to the garbage where it fills our landfills. Its great! I have received and given away lots of stuff.

You might try salvage or junk yards. The city dump, recycling center. Place an add in your local paper it's pretty cheap and there are lots of people who will give it to you free so they can get rid of it. Hope this helps

Why do you want to put junk in your yard for? Just hang a sign up on your front lawn that reads"Free Junk Wanted..Please Dump Here." Now go to work and think about what will await you when you get home. I know I could not hardly wait!!!!

you could always keep an eye out on what ppl are tossing out during spring cleaning
