i would pay of my court fines give some of the money to my mom and dad and buy them houses then i would get my lisence back and get a car. i would move to tonga and get a house there and a surf board, invite my best friend wich i have known since 6th grade(9 years) and my parents to come and visit any time they wanted. i would put 1 or two million in the bank, live off of the intrest, give the rest to a homless guy( a real homeless guy, not a junkie) and live out the rest of my life surfing and just injoying the weather. and every once in a while give some money anonomusly to a starving famlies charity.

I'd put half in an IRA, then I'd spend whatever was needed to get my family members a home, good car, my niece and nephew college education and other necessities. Any left would go to charities I like that spend the majority of their money on their cause.

First, I would give 1/2 of it to my mom's best friend who is a nun in an African orphanage. Alot of those kids don't even have shoes, let alone life's necessities that we take for granted. A few years ago, I was in a financial state where I able to ask her for the names and ages of the kids and I sent them each Christmas gifts. Most of them had never had one before. I was grateful that God allowed my to do that for them. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do that since.
The rest of the money...I don't know.

There must be some strings attached? If not I would use it to build some Soup Kitchens that the homeless and down on their luck can come in and actually get breakfast, lunch and dinner.
