okay i rolled my ankle and fell down earlier on today, my mom said i may have pulled a tendat...it feels very uncomfortable when i dont have presure on it and it feels OW when i put pressure on it. ive had it iced for like an hour, should i wrap it? go to the doctor? crutches? i dont know how serious this is?? help please <33

You probably just have a sprain. Keep applying ice and use an ibuprophin like Aleve or Nuprin. Ibuprophin is an anti inflammatory. Keep your foot up over heart level. It may take about a week, but if it's not better by then I would check with a doctor.

Yes, wrapping is a good idea. But don't make the bandage too tight: You want to support the area, not cut off the blood circulation. And if you've got more than a normal sprain, yes, see a doctor. Otherwise- try to keep that foot up to help reduce the swelling.

definite, I somewhat have held an certainly MJ enormous record and the children too, because i grew up in the 80's so we in difficulty-free words had records and cassettes then. there have been no CDs. schedule the earliest appointment with your doctor which is an emergency appointment which you can also go to the hospital which is that very day and ask your mom what to do...if she can't help then wrap it so that later you can take it off if it's bothering you and if it's getting swollen.Meanwhile take some rest at home and avoid school and moving around,Good Luck.Hope you fell better soon!

You really should go to the doctor. It may be a pulled tendan, a slight sprain, or even a hairline fracture. They all pretty much feel alike, but if you don't get treatment early on, they can all lead to bigger problems and longer recuperation time. Do you really want to prolong this?

I would definitly go to the doctor. I stretched a lingament in my ankle almost 10 years ago and every day it hurts worse, but I left it too long and now there is nothing that they can do for it.

Yes wrapping it is a good idea. If you have nothing to wrap it with wear tight laced boots or hightop shoes. And yes you should have a doctor look at it if you think there's tendon damage.
