in all honestly you could probably lose 10 pounds in water weight, do not eat anything and do not drink much fluid and put on a pvc suit (rain suit) and run you *** off... mind you this is not healthy by any stretch, but when I was younger I went from 94 lbs to 88 lbs in a single wrestling practice (all water) and I would see some of those guys cut serious weight in a couple of days by sweating

I have lost 8 pound of fat and gained 4 pounds of lean muscle in the past 6 months doing the following: I take PE classes at the local junior college! (I'm a career woman now, I do it after work) It is amazing what a difference having an instructor taking roll makes! Also, my classmates would give me a hard time whenever I'd miss a class. I made new friends and got in shape. My boyfriend is taking the circuit class with me next semester. The best thing is, I didn't feel the need to worry about exercise the rest of the week because I know that I will get it done in my PE classes. In case you are curious, here are what the classes were like: ----------------------- Spring Semester: I took outdoor tennis two nights a week, and a walking/jogging class one afternoon week. We walked around the city and parks at a rapid pace. Summer Semester: I took a field sports/fitness boot camp class twice week. It was really hard and fun at the same time. It was also kind of cool to play on grass and in the sunshine, which I rarely do as a adult. Fall Semester: I took a 2 hour yoga class on Friday mornings before work. And two nights a week I took a circuit class. We rotated around the gym doing various weight machines, bike for 90 seconds, then back to a machine, and so on.

Do not try to lose 10lbs in one day,you should have thought about this before.If you must lose ten pounds of ugly fat,cut your head off.You can make your waist smaller by binding it with a bandage or wear a girdle and take it off just befoe the weigh in.

ok truthfully i think that is impossible ...but u can maybe lose a pund by goin to the gym really qiuck and workout for about an hour!then afterwards go swimming!dont eat any junk food!good luck!

u can one work out in extream heat wich anyt heath see most of your weight is all water so the more u sweat teh more u lose
