With my first around 4 months I felt a little flutter in my tummy, almost like a little bubble. It kind of tickled. Later in the pregnancy I could tell you if it was an elbow, foot, or hand. It's pretty awesome. My second pregnancy I was about 3-4 months along when I felt the fluttering and with this pregnancy, I'm not that far yet.

The earliest would be around the 16-18th week (4 months) because the baby's body is 'complete' enough to start kicking or pushing.
Before that, you may feel something moving inside (I did around my 2nd month of my first pregnancy), but it could more likely be gas or liquid moving.
If you are already in your 4th month and feel nothing, don't panic! It could depend on the baby. My second one started to move around the 5-6th month. Anyway, you should keep your doctor updated with any information or ask any concerns.
