I need someone who is really good at Sims 2 for computer(Building wise)?

Ive been playing sims 2 for computer for a while .But i havnt figured out how to build a basement so can someone helllpppp??

Why have a basement, when you can build up?

well... you have to do the first floor then add a next floor and etc... don't forget to add stairs
