the traffic jam and the stupid traffic light who seems like forever to turn green!

You know when you are sitting at a stoplight......you need to take a left, there is a green arrow (which at first gives you the right of way), then that arrow switches to a plain green light, where you have to wait for on coming traffic to pass before you turn....
Well I hate it when the person in front of me does NOT pull out into the intersection to wait to turn left, they sit at the white line and we end up having to sit through another light rotation. If I am not mistaken it is NOT illegal to pull in the middle of an intersection to wait until it is safe to turn, and if the light turns red while you are waiting you have the right of way to take that left right then....is that correct? I don't know but I was under the impression that it was fine to do that, so it really annoys me when people do not.

People tailgating annoys me the most while driving.

People who stop in the road to talk to friends or make a call or something without pulling over to the side stopping other cars from passing.

People on cell phones that are not paying attention to their driving.

People weaving in and out of traffic passing on both the right and left----- while talking on thier cell phone

People who drive or make turns REALLY slowly, people who drive UNDER the limit, and people who don't use their signal lights. And where I live... half the f-ing population doesn't use their turn signals and it drives me crazy!!!
