I'm 31 yrs. old, 5' 8", 136 lbs, mother of 2 kids. I work out at home 3 times a wk., not every day. mostly treadmill, stationary bike. I'm muscular enough but, don't do the weights that much. According to my Dr., I'm in good health. So, why is my sister always on me about excercizing more and losing more weight? Am I too heavy? I worry that she's obsessed with being thin. What do you think?

For your height, your weight is great. Even your doctor has said you're in good health. A sister that is obsessed with your body probably just has jealousy issues. Some people are curvier than others, that can lead to sibling rivalry. I got all the curves my younger sister and cousin didn't... I'm right in the same range as you.. and they are both very thin. A real woman has meat on her bones and there is more to life than being a stick person!! :)

Thats not fat, by a long shot. Instead of worrying about pounds, you may want to focus on getting in shape through weight lifting and cardio work. Thats actually more important than what's on the scale.

If you asked me I think you are perfect the way you are, becasue I am 5'4 and 137 and sometimes people tell me about my weight and I just simply tell them to mind their buisness and leave me alone.
Your sister may be obsessed with being thin and could maybe want everyone around her the same way.

No way. I am 5'6" and 130 and I don't want to lose any more weight, then you will be too thin. Tell your sister to worry about her body and you will worry about yours! What a rude sis!
