when making a phone call it doesnt ring and when someone calls me, it doesnt ring either. idk whats wrong with it !

maybe you have the ringer off, Check that first and if it is on I would contact whoever you purchased it from cause something is wrong with the phone. ☺

You either have the volume too low or you have it on silent- go to profiles on your phone and click 'general'. Also, if you are using a headphone, it could be that you are using an incorrect one for your phone. If nothing works, could mean it will require servicing at a nearby mobile shop.

Sometimes it's the battery. Open the back where the battery is, dust it off(blow on it) then replace the back. If that doesn't work, call your 411 cell provider, and ask them for help. But most times it is the battery.
