im in pain all over body aches is this possibly from pregnancy i think i might be a few weeks preg

Very possible if you've had unprotected sex. Go get a pregnancy test to be sure. I fyou go to the doc then let them know that you think you could be pregnant so they don't prescribe you any medicine that would be dangerous to the baby.

Go to the Dr. or ER. It's not normal for you to be in so much pain early on in your pregnancy. However a problem, like an ectopic pregnancy can cause pain like that. Or you could be coming down with the flu. First and fore-most you need to find out for sure that you are pregnant and then take it from there. If you go to the ER for your pains, they can do a pregnancy test right there and you'll know within minutes what the result is. Good Luck, I hope you feel better soon.

go get a pregnancy test and not a home one get one at the doctor and if it comes back negative then wait a couple weeks and go back again just to double check but for now if you think that you are pregnant just try to calm down and relax stress is one of the biggest ways to have a miscarrage

Pregnant or not, your body is trying to tell you something is wrong! Going to the doctor is the most responsible way to handle it.

if you're pregnant then you will feel your body changing but it shouldn't be any pains if there are then you need to see a doctor immediately.

Sounds like the flu. It doesn't mean you are NOT pregant, but I don't think that is a pg symptom. Drink a lot of water.
