Yes Veal is Calf meat, but where it differs from beef is the fact it's blood free. Beef cattle are humanly killed with a bolt gun, But the fact that Veal is blood free, The Calf is hung by it's hind legs and it's throat is cut to drain the blood from the body. It's this reason I refuse to eat Veal.

the same reason they call it "pork" and not "pig". Personally I think it's cruel to eat baby cow, and it tastes disgusting. (Tried it once, without the knowledge of what it was) and thought it was gross, and then when I found out what it was, it was even more gross. I would never eat it again.

meat from anything young is so delicious, baby flounder, beef, ect...
I dont care if its bambi, if it tastes good put it on my plate!
