Hi people, im wondering i know that there is always a possibility of becoming pregnant no matter what sort of contraceptive you use but i was just wondering,
am i right to think that chances are very very slim if a couple has sex with a condom on, it is used properly, he only pre-cums and then we tested the condom to see if it had any holes in it (we filled it up with water after) and it was perfectly ok? the only downside to this was that it was around my fertile period..should i start freaking out?

There's only one type of contraceptive that's 100% effective, and that's not having sex. *winks* If you really want to be as sure as humanly possible, though, use both contraceptive pills and condoms - the chances of becoming pregnant then are almost non-existent.

Well, if he only had pre-***, and it was with the condom on, you should be okay. However if the pre-*** came in contact with your vagina before he put the condom on, then you could be in trouble, pre-*** contains sperm. Always use the condom correctly from start to finish, he should not put his penis into your body or even around your vagina unless he's "gloved-up."

You are right there is a very slim chance. Just so you know, precum does contain semen. To help, you should use some spermicide as well. You can get this is suppository or foam form

you will make yourself go crazy if you keep thinking about it you should not be freaking out because nothing got out of that condom if there was no holes in it

No do not freak out this will just cause you to go crazy sounds to me like you did everything right and you should be just fine

no, do not freak out. i think becase you used a codom and checked it you should be fine. the cances of you getting preg is as close to zero as it gets. don't be afraid to take a home test to comfort your mind but i really don't thnk you have anything to be nervous about. good job being safe it is important.

Don't trip, sounds like you will be fine. Maybe you should think of another form of birth control too, as a back up...that way you will be protected if something was to brake.

not if the condom was ok but if u dont think it was or u think u are going to have a baby then i would call a Dr. and go see him or her
