When I initially saw your question, I would say Tara Reid hands down...but I don't think she qualifies as an actress these days...and definitely NOT a leading actress. Let's see...Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan are well known party girls. If you want to go back through history, Judy Garland would definitely rank up there near the top, though I think she had a drug issue. Someone said Courtney Love, but I believe her problem was more drugs than alcohol. Some quality, actual leading ladies do not seem, by outward appearances and tabloid trash, to have alcohol problems.

Mmm. Since the twosome has been out partying together, and with Kate Moss' recent marathon drinking excursions, I don't think Lindsay will really heed Kate Moss' advice.
KATE Moss is warning actress Lindsay Lohan about the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse.
A source close to the 19-year-old tells us she's been "adopted" by Kate, 32, who is mentoring her as part of her process of recovery.
"Lindsay's been through hell in the past year," says our spy. "Her folks Dina and Michael got divorced, suing and countersuing each other before her dad landed in jail for attempted assault on his brother-in-law.
Our insider continues: "Kate's parents also got divorced when she was younger, and she's had a difficult relationship with her dad, so all of these things help the two connect.
"Kate's told her she sees Lindsay as a younger version of herself, and they speak a lot. Kate doesn't want Lindsay to go the way she did.
After The Mirror caught Kate taking cocaine last year she went into rehab for a month. The Croydon-born model has been taking part in the 12-step recovery regime, which includes helping someone with difficulties.
