in your opinion, what do you think the most exciting match-ups are in the NHL. i think it's between the leafs (my fav team) and montreal because it's usually pretty close matches.

I agree that Leaf-Hab matchups are special (I am a Habs fan). Many of the original six matchups can generate that same kind of excitement. There are only a couple of regional rivalries that can do that, the most obvious being Calgary - Edmonton.
If the Habs don't go anywhere this year, it would be nice if the Leafs got some love for a change. It has been too long for you guys.

I watched the opener for the Oilers vs. Flames, and in my opinion, that was the best matchup I've seen in years!!!

sabres vs carolina even know we won both times they our are new rivals they only got to the cup though injuries but were probbley we bill rivals with thim for a few more years im guessin cause im still pissed at them anybody with me?
