If he is heavy, make himj lose weight. No alcohol before bed. make him lie on his side. Put tennis balls in his shirt so he can't roll onto his back. Get those nose strips. Last restort? Jostle him awake wverytime he snores.

Snoring is often caused by a partial obstruction in the airway. If your husband smokes, suggest that he stop because that's also a factor. Sleeping on his side instead of his back helps. There are also strips you can get that you tape across the nose during the night that will open the airway a bit and reduce the snoring.
If all else fails, have him see a doctor to determine if there's a physical cause for the excessive snoring.

Breathe-right strips are ok...but the problem is that his airway is obstructed. While this is an annoying problem, it is also potentially hazardous to his health (no, not just because you're gonna kill him if he does't shut up!). This could be an indication of sleep apnea, and that could lead to systemic hypertension. Take him to a doctor. There are minor surgical procedures to help adjust the airway to make him breathe better and you both to sleep better.
Good luck!

You need to get him to get an appointment to get Sleep Acnia.
It works really well I've heard people say.
If it keeps you up at night then you 2 should sleep in separate rooms if possible.
Good Luck!!!!!*

12 guage to head, yours or his. I'm kidding, try the nose strip things and if they don't work there is a surgery to correct it.
