Thomas Aquinas said that truth is equating the object with the mind. For example, if you see a ball in your mind and that ball exists outside your mind, then it is true that that ball exists. I hope that makes sense.

Ultimate truth is simple...as long you understand that your truth is that which you create, then you have got an ultimate truth , if able to see a big picture. The Ultimate is that you are a Creator and may create any co-called truth which eventually will manifest in reality for you...Key word and emphasis should be made here on creativity., for Truth is not fixed but flexible. The guys on a higher level, politicians, government understood that and keeping you convinced that truth is that which they hold and that truth is craved in stone..it is not, softly talking.As many they convinced as much power over us they gain...that makes you much less creative, and they do not want you to be creative, only in a direction which their "truth" dictating.

Truth is passing on information exactly as it's understood, neither adding on or taking away in order to deceive. The term ultimate truth has no meaning to me. Any "truth" that is not absolute is not truth, to me.

Truth is Truth. and listen if et all everyone one of us including you had found out the truth about ourselves or life or of this material world, we wouldn't have been here on Yahoo answers, instead we would have been somewhere else teaching the people how to Know , Reach, Gain and Experience Truth.

To discover what is true cannot be done positively. You will be trapped in the maze.
You must understand the negative approach to truth.
You have to eliminate all the false to arrive to what is true.
Your guides are the ff.
False is always fragmented-divisive its fruits are always limited(not for the whole)
Truth is always wholly its fruits are always for the whole.
So start observing all the fragmentation that you can recognize and deny it-those are false reality masquerading as truth.
Reminder, whole means no one is left behind.

Scientists are working on it, and there's no reason you can't read a few books, take some classes and pursue such knowledge yourself. But probably just sitting around thinking about it on your own isn't going to provide any answers. The subjects of space-time and sub-atomic particles are rather complicated and will require some study before you can begin to hypothesize and experiment on your own.

The ultimate truth is that you're experiencing. Your interpretations of experiencing are not truth, but just interpretations. Experiencing is cool if you don't make it subservient to your beliefs.
