You undergraduate degrees (both major and minor) is a very strong foundation for the career you would want to pursue. I am a quantitative analyst in an investment firm and would want to give you some simple tips:
1. Focus on electives which will both broaden and deepen your knowledge in derivatives pricing (such as calculus). This will help you in generating logical models for finance.
2. You can also start out by investing on stocks on your personal time so that you can understand both the fundamentals and the technical charts. This would give you a leg-up on other finance candidates when you apply for a job.
3. Focus your job hunting in bulge-bracket investment banks like Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. They will give you the best training for a good career in quantitative analysis. You can also go for specific boutiques such as Barclays Capital for highly analytical fixed-income research.
4. After a couple of years or so, apply for an MBA major in Finance (go fo Wharton).

You are on your way! Good luck!
