13 is way too young to be looking hot for boyfriends. You have so much time to do the hot thing. Consider something really cute, plan some kind of theme with your friends. Let's see when i was thirteen I dressed up as a gangster with some friends. It turned out to be really funny and lots of other girls did the whole 80's look or just some other things together. So i would plan something with some friends of yours. The whole hot thing you should save for later on when you really look hot! haha Best of Luck and just have fun!
