I would go out! It's always interesting what's going on out in the world on Halloween. Plus, people normally travel from party to party.

It actually depends on what you feel like doing...You can go out with friends for Halloween but if you plan on having some alcohol then I suggest you throw your own party this way you can stay out of trouble & still have fun with your friends, just to advise if your friends will be drinking too you might want to ask them to stay over this way there are no tickets or accidents.

Go out on Halloween. Throwing a party is a lot of work, so go out and enjoy yourself!

Have a party - stay home and let other people go out on the roads...besides - it is fun to entertain and see that other people have a good time!
