Tachycardia or racing heart can be due to any number of things, first, see a doctor second try to shed a few more pounds,it may not cure a racing heart but it could help preventing it from stopping altogether

You once weighed 650, and you don't have a first-name relationship with a cardiologist? Wow... you are one lucky dude!

There are any number of reasons for this, from anxiety to caffine to a need for a pacemaker. Given the catastrophe that will happen if your guess wrong (or take the wrong advice here) I'd be at your doctor's office tomorrow in order to find out.

Congrats on the weight loss... that's almost 50%!!! I'm very impressed!!!

A person can be at the most ideal weight and still have very unideal heart conditions. It is very important to eat good foods. Cholesterol only comes in animal products. Saturated fats are also bad, and trans fats are worse. Read labels!! The less processed foods are, the beeter for you. Baked/boiled chicken, unfried, unbreaded fish, and fresh/steamed/baked veggies/fruits are great choices, as are some cereals, pastas, breads, and rices. Soups are great to, if they aren't cream soups.
Try to go for a walk a couple of times a week, working up to one every day.
