Trying to dowload program on my computer? And I need to temporary disable my pop-ups on my compute?

Well that depends on the type of pop up blocker you have. If it's on a toolbar then you just need to click the button and it will temporarily allow pop ups. If its from your computer system then you will have to click tools on your browser and in the menu choose Pop Up Blocker. Then you may turn off your blocker there.
