Basically just want to know if it is possible to have true, deep, genuine, overwhelming feelings for someone but because of fear of loss, confusion, pain, hurt and rational thinking have pretended as if they dont care and ignored the loved one???

its possible .. at first i was trying to do that to convince myself that i am not in love .. and to escape from love ... then when i realized that i deeply love him i used to act as if i am ignoring him as if i dont care .. this was to hide my feelings since i wasnt sure of his feelings .. now i am sure .. and he told me that my mixed actions (sometimes i care and show love ,, sometimes i ignore him and escaoe) attracted him and he used to think in me because he considered me someone maysterious .. and now everything is ok ..

I am currently doing that now. I am so in love with someone and feel as if I shouldn't say nothing because I just got out of a bad relationship but I love this person so much. I just go about my day and leave it alone.

i think so yes. i've done it myself. its a defence thing, trying to protect against getting hurt, only i've found it doesn't work as it just ends up hurting you in the end when the one you actually love walks away cos they cant take anymore. its the love they feel for them that stops you walking away which would be a better way to stop the getting hurt risk, sometimes its a subconscious thing as well. but it is possible. it causes no end of problems though.

i could merely throw it away and see if he says something. If he does, then tell him you tried conversing approximately it, yet he did no longer answer you, so which you desperate to throw it away considering you probably did no longer think of it mattered from now on. The previous is the previous. He should not be putting directly to something of hers except he plans on letting her flow in with him lower back.
