I know that you are just trying to get your partner to give you a foot rub.
But I think your tactic might not be optimal.
May I humbly suggest that when you tell her, you use a word like "ache" or "numb" or just "tired" rather than "mold".

The growth of mold on ones feet is indicative of a lifestyle that involves fun and games in the shower. I would suggest placing one of those pans of disinfectant outside the shower (Like one would find in a public pool). You could also start taking more baths because you can always keep your feet and legs up on the side of the tub. This will discourage the growth of bacteria that causes mold as the environment will be less conducive.

Usually to get a mold off, you heat up the container, and slip the mold off, using great care not to break the contents. Make sure your feet are completely done before you try this.

You should scrub your shower down with cleanser, rinse and wipe down or pour bleach all over your shower floor and walls. You could also use ammonia. Be careful that you don't get over come by their flumes. This should kill the mold spores that are present. Use a anti-fungus cream on your feet. Makes sure they are dried good and afterward power them. The secret is to keep your feet dry.
Hope that helps. If not call me and I will *** over and lick your feet down. That should kill any living fungus or mold.

You have to use those scrubbing bubbles... just spray it on and let it sit for 15 minutes. Not only does it get rid of the mold but it tickles the poop out of you as well!

In most cultures, moldy feet are a BIG turnoff! So, I'd apply a mild solution of bleach, and Aveeno Aloe Essence, and have another vodka tonic.

I'd first try stuff for athlete's foot. Then I'd try some Monostat. Failing that, I'd go try some aquarium remedies. If that doesn't work I must report you to the EPA.
