Depends, if both the shoes and the outfit are dark shades of blue and green, then it might be a little bold. Try a light shade of one or the other, so that it balances out.

not unless u have green accessories on, but i personally woulnt do it, unless u of course u dont have any other shoes to wear. just wear black, no one would notice if u did that- whereas green is very noticeable
