My fiance and I have been together for 2 years now and getting married next year, however, the last 2-3 months after sex it feels like he has 'torn' me. I am not experiencing bleeding, and the pain isnt just when going to the toilet. (This is just vaginal sex, not anal).

Your tissue could be irritated for some reason or it could be something more.I have endometriosis and tis happens to me.But it does not happen to me all the time.I go through periods of pain and periods when Im not in pain.

Actually, woman usually lose their virginty a second but it's usually after the first year of having sex for the first time. Maybe see a doctor?

Try using some KY jelly, see if this helps with the pain. The friction could be causing your pain and the jelly will ease that friction. Worth a try.

I seriously hate saying this but this exact same thing happened to me. Turns out it was herpes. Might think about seeing your doctor.
