yes because sasuke usually listens to sakura now. like in one of the exams when sakura wanted him to stop and began to cry he gave her strength or belief. he saved her several times. at the end he didn't want to cause her pain when he left and hit her in a puncture point so she fainted and didnt have to see him go.

lets just emphasize the "Little" part. yes... sasuke defenitely has Little feelings for sakura... if people were paying attention, you can cleary see it the day night sasuke left and she tried to stop him... touching right?

yup. im pretty sure he has a little bit of feelings for her but he's afraid to let them grow. he thinks it will make him weak and he'll never be able to defeat itachi.
