Brian has a graduated cylinder filled to the 6.4ml line with a vicous (thick) liquid. the mass of the empty graduated cylinder is 10.8g.the mass of the graduated cylinder and the 6.4ml of the viscous liquid is 18.9g . what is the density og the viscous liquid

Gina wants to know what the crystal hanging in window is made of. She drops it in a graduated cylinder of water and notices the volume changes from 8.0ml to 18.3ml. She then places the crystal on the balance and finds it's mass to be 26.77g. What is the density of the mass.

PLEASE i dont understand this

use d = m/v for both density = mass/volume

mass of liquid is 18.9-10.8=8.1g
volume of liquid is 6.4ml
8.1/6.4 =1.265625 grams per ml

2nd problem volume is 18.3-8.0 = 10.3ml
mass is 26.77 g
26.77/10.3 = 2.599 grams per ml

1. There is no mass in the 'empty' graduated cylinder.
2. From Gina's process, she has determined the volume and the weight of the crystal, but if she wants to know what it's made of, she needs to consult a geologist.

For technology you ought to get them outdoors to attempt and draw the "rather vegetation" and notice what proportion be attentive to the names of the vegetation, or you tell them. For maths you ought to play a recreation the place you get each and every individual to %. a variety out of a hat which has the variety one million-10 and that they could desire to locate their tournament to make 10, or 3 variations of that for a variety of 30. I make an apology for technologies yet I even have certainly no theory.
