I'm a bloke - now approaching fifty years of age, and happily married, so I suppose my days of deflowering virgins are over.
Outside of my thrustings whilst still a schoolboy, I did deflower three ladies when I was in my twenties. One of the ladies was thirty-five!
Much of the pain involved in first penetration can be avoided if the man is sensitive to the occasion. Good foreplay will stimulate the flowing of the female juices, particularly foreplay around the entrance to the vagina, as this stimulates the outpouring of the Bartholin glands, and thus lubricates the labia as well as the vagina itself. I also encouraged the women, immediately prior to penetration, to coat my penis in ky jelly (this was in the days before AIDS mandated the wearing of a condom in new sexual encounters). The ky added to the lubrication, and the women enjoyed applying it!
Today, it would be worth a woman asking her doctor or pharmacist if there is a gel that can be appiled over a condom, without ruining its protective function. If she is a virgin, but wishes to lose this status, then she should carry the gel, and condoms, at all times, and insist that the bloke uses them - before things get too steamy (us guys do tend to abandon all care when aroused - so agree a course of action before the action becomes intercourse!)
For the blokes out there, treat your virgin with the utmost consideration. Us guys cannot wait to get it off, ladies can be somewhat different, and the loss of the hymen to a lady is a much more important event, psychologically, than our first spurt into an enclosed space. (remember, blokes, that first ejaculation from the first succesful **** - women don't have this privilege). Bew gentle, be loving, and be there with the lubricants and go easy, oh so easy.

From personal experience yes a little but it only last about a minute or so. Your opening is kinda forced to expand bigger, and you'll feel some discomfort or pressure. but after a minute or two it goes away. e-mail me if you ahve any other questions or concerns

It doesn't feel as good the first time. But why do you want to loose it? I hope you are not young, wait until you are at least 18 and know what you want in life!

Yes, it did quite a bit for me. It took several attempts for my then bf to penetrate me, but on a good note, he is now my husband ; )

That depends on your attitude, how relaxed you are, and how careful your partner is. If you're not physically or emotionally ready for sex and you're tense, it will hurt more.
