Over a number of years I have noticed that the Police,usually men but not specifically, have the same type of dark, piercing eyes. On TV shows, Police are often cast with these characteristics. Why would this be, is it a genetic thing, or the way the job makes them?

I am sure he is totally innocent and the police beat him up for no reason whatsoever He is a hard working, tax paying, law abiding citizen who is being terrorized by the thug UK police for looking at them in the wrong way. I think we should sack them all and put PCSO's in charge and then make theft,burglary and drug dealing legal. Does that make you and your friend feel better ?

You watch too much TV. My brother is a police officer and he has the same light blue eyes I do.

because their always on high alert you never no when something going to happen you could be at the grocery store and armed nen com in and rob the place you've got too expect the unexpected
