First go to the county property appraiser's site or the the county assessor's sit and search the property under address , folio number or owner address. You should be able to see the plat maps or aerials to see if it is in fact land locked If it is, then you got a real problem. There are no laws I am aware of that can compel your neighbors to give you a right of way. Just about the only way I think you can do is to talk to your neighbors and offer to buy off a small strip of land to serve as access. However, do your homework first. You may have to invest in a survey and the surveyors can tell you if there are any kind of access to your property.

Go to your county court house and visit the land deeds registry.
In there they will have your parcel of land legal info. In that info is a description of the egress or access corridor. You will then find how to get to the place. Find out the property owners where you are crossing and notify them ahead of time. If it is blocked, visit them and ask them to unblock it, nicely. If not, revisit the court house to explore your legal options.

Your phone book's county listings (government/courthouse) should have a listing for land commissioner. They should be able to steer you in the right direction.
