why do pedophiler's like children, is it pre-puberity?

They are afraid of mature relationships and don't feel capable of interacting with an adult. Stuck in an earlier developmental time in their lives, they pursue children who are defenseless and innocent. And yes, it's prepuberty.

It is probably because those sickos have problems. Or that their psyche is messed up or something.
