highlight the message and select spam (not delete) button. this will automatically block the address. also before you remove the e-mail - go to your options and change the general appearance to "show all headings" - you can change this back any time... but it will allow Yahoo to investigate knowing all that additional info.

If you've been sent mail by someone (or some company) that you don't know, do not reply to the sender or follow any removal instructions that might be included in their mail.
Instead, use the "This Is Spam" link to report the mail to Yahoo!. With this information, Yahoo! can update our filters to prevent that message from arriving in your inbox again.

If the spam or abusive email is being sent from a Yahoo! Mail account (i.e.,user@yahoo.com), the "This Is Spam" report will receive special attention. We will evaluate the message and take appropriate action per our Terms of Service.

In Yahoo you can mark them as spam.
You may also need to scan your computer for unwanted cookies and spy ware. Some good programs are listed below, these programs are free to the public.

mark as spam just like hotmail and it should work
