I think marriage is.....wait till you get there. Most ppl never think beyond the wedding day, the glitz and glamour! Not everything that blings or glitters is gold?I'm married......and still in love with my hubby.....

But this is just my opinion!!

I'd have to say the marriage as well...you can be happy even after 16 years, 4 beautiful children, long term relationship without the I do's and exchange of public vows, long beautiful wedding gown, all you know and love by your side, coming to terms and realizing if it has not happened yet it probably will never happen Its a piece of paper that may provide a security blanket protection for your assets or heirs to the Big Wealth to come financial plays a big part in saying I do and who shouldn't. If you love the one your with this does not significantly provide a way to keep you together, Faith keeps you together, a piece of decreed vows in your county will not make you love each other more or entitle you to have better sex it is the religious sanction we were raised on believing, following suit, I would love to be married have my relationship with my hubby and 4 daughters recognized by God as a respectable union not to sound like a Debbie Downer but everyone has their stories I have just accepted the terms of my relationship and make the best of it but again beautiful is the sanctity of marriage but yes highly over rated.

I think the most over-rated thing is material possessions. Yes, it's nice to have a nice house and a nice car, but I would rather my children learn that the value of a life lies in giving to and helping others. We all need help and practicing random acts of kindness every day makes my life better.

A friend in need is a friend indeed. Be there for the people who love and need you. That's what is important for me, not what kind of material objects I may own.

By the way, I am married for the second time - for 15 years now. My now husband is the best!!!!
