how do i fix my water shoot on my steam cleaner?

i have a steam cleaner and for some reason when i push the button for the watere to come out it wont and dont know wat is wrong

If it has water in it and is clogged, dump the water out and put in white vinegar and that will help unclog the mineral deposit.
