I don't understand the question. Do you have a kit, but it didn't come with instructions? Try looking on the box to see if the company has a website or 1-800 number.

Are you making a kit, and want to write some nice clear instructions? You might ask the nurses at a local Ob-hospital if they have any tips for making this easier. If they print 100s of babies each year, they might have some insight.

buy some plaster of paris, put in a form that u want that is preferably framable,like 5x7, let it half set up put babys hand in it and wallah u have it.
