Obviously, car washes are pretty popular, but there are a lot of alternatives: For example, have a bake-a-thon! Gather some of your friends and have a blast spending a Saturday baking and wrapping cookies. They sell great at ball games, and even nursing homes! (Call first of course) Another option is to post an ad on your school's bulletin board for tutoring, (of course) babysitting) and shopping! Some working mothers just don't have time to do their own grocery shopping! She can give you a list and a "don't pay more than" price, and you do the rest! Many will be happy to pay you a bit for this fantastic service!
Good look! I went to France six years ago and absolutely loved it!!
God bless you!

go talk to a few churches in your area and offer to give 1/3 the money collected ( to the church ) by running a car wash on their property and their water..use hose ends to not waste water.....along with the car wash have baked goods for sale at the same time on tables with students and parents tending the tables...and make the car wash an odd number so no one has the excuse they do not have a few dollars to buy some baked goods from you all..
if you do this at a few different churches at opposite ends of town on different weekends..and do it like this..have a hoes on one side and a hose on the other side and four people with sponges and buckets so they can all do a cat ar one time..every one takes a part and works from either the back to the middle or the front to the middle and two people with brushes to get the tops and the tires...and you can do a lot of cars this way FAST...
and make a lot of money for you and the church too.
good luck

Have a progressive dinner with a French theme and sell tickets for it. You and the class members would each fix a portion of the dinner at different homes. First home would be appetizers, second home soup or salad, third home, main course, fourth home dessert, fifth home coffee or other after dinner drinks. If you can't fit a lot of people in each home you could do it in shifts so that each home would host two or three shifts. You'd want to start fairly early of course. You could also sell raffle tickets for a donated prize that would be presented at the last house (a prize for each shift if you do it that way). I've been to progressive dinners before and they are great fun

Well you can sell candy like in bags or maybe have like a bake sell or garage sell.. Car washes are good for the summer, and maybe just try to ask for money nag give them like a small piece of snack or something... People are actually very generous and they sometimes let you keep their extra change ;) good luck

School talent contests can be fun. You can charge for tickets and sell baked goods for refreshments. Maybe you can use the auditorium for showing classic films on Saturday nights until the deadline. Again, charging a fee and selling refreshments.
Best of luck.

You could make up some crafts & sell. One idea is a earring holder. You take a plastic caring case for fishing one of those rounde 4 or 5 leval ones. take it & hot glue a flower on top & that thin zigzag trim around each bottom leval. Then you hot glue a round felt piece inside to protect you'r earrings. You can get about $7 or $8 if they look ****.

There are different things. My school is having a bowlathon. You can play so many games and get people to sponsor you for so many cents per pin. You could do a walkathon which is like a bowlathon except you get so many cents per mile that you walk.
