After food, if we take bath/shower, are there any health problems.

I usually wait 20 minutes or more after I take a shower.

I think you are confusing this with the admonition not to go swiming immediately after eating.
The reason for that is that, one gets a bit sleepy afer eating, which could cause problems if you are in deep water or a strong current.

I'm no doctor, but I dont think there are issues with bathing after a meal.

Can cause sudden heart attack 24-48 hours afterwards so I wouldnt do it if I were you
