I need to know if there's any way to get deleted content from my Recycle Bin- I stupidly deleted an awesome song that now I wish I had;

Open the Recycle bin by double clicking on the icon.
Select the file you wish to restore.
Right click and select restore.
The file will then be back in the directory you deleted it from.

DONT WORRY! even its deleted from recycle bin, it will still be there in ur hardrive, (just that it will be invisible as far as it is rewritten by some other file). So , dont write any new files to harddrive and use softwares like Norton Ghost. Just google and u will find both paid and free software that will scan ur whole hardrive and show u all the files that u have deleted from recycle bin. When u install the software dont install it to the drive from which u want to recover the file from. all d best!

I hope you mean how do you restore a file you deleted from your hard drive. That's easy - just look in Recycle and click on file name then restore. However, if you emptied your Recycle Bin then I think you would have to take disk in to a repair shop. I am sure the song not worth that.

Been there.
You have two options if you have system restore point enabled you can go back and get the file or there is a software called recovermyfiles and I used it many times and it recovered everything I needed.

open Recycle bin-> Right click on that file ->they ask more option u select restore and click it.
