Why does my iTunes stopping my music at the last 5seconds?

Now it skips to play the next song before my previous song ends.

Itunes has this thing of continue the songs by having them fade away at the end to start the new one. It happens to me to, like when i repeat the songs, it will keep looping at the end. But it doesn't happen on the ipod. To turn it off, go to edit->preferences>playback> uncheck the crossfade playback.

you need to turn off the 'crossfading' option on your itunes.
