How much for the replace and the fix? Will the dealer know you fixed the front end? Of course they will know. They will deduct certain amount from the market value of your car since your car is an accident car, not an original car. They will not pay you back the money you spent. The cost of the fix is much less for a dealer than for a customer, since they have their own garage. What happen if your car is not fixed perfectly due to a saving money job? You should not fix anything, let the dealer check the damage, then they will dedect the cost from the market value. Do you want to know the market value?

I would not replace the tires. However, I would ask if it makes a difference if the front end is fixed or not regarding the amount of the trade in. Then compare with the price to fix it.
