It depends how old you are and how responsible you are. Your mother is likely being protective. You need to persuade her that you are responsible enough to be able to go out on your own from time to time. Always stick to a plan and make sure to arrive home at the time you say you will.

Start doing some rather mature things -- if you are faced with a tricky decision, take the more mature option.
Do this for a month or so and be sure to tell your mom about what happens in a casual sort of way. If your friends are doing stupid things, tell your mom about them and tell her how you didn't take part and thought it was sort-of dumb.
If she sees that you really do have good judgement and can act more grown-up she will start to trust you more. The trick is that you really actually have to practice having good judgement, because if you mess up, you're going to go right back to where you started or worse.
I promise you, if you can do this, it will help your relationship with her for the rest of your life -- she sounds overprotective and parents can continue to be that way until you're a grown adult!

Don just yell at your mother but have an intimate talk with her and sort things out. And how old your really are? Do not underestimate how preplanned and unexpected sexual offenders are. They can sweep you right off your front door.
Go through this site. this might make you more cautious. A site that keeps track of sexual offenders. The site can show you if there is anybody in your locality.

If you need to get away from your mom, talk to her about it.If that doesn't seem to work, ask your friends what they would do, and try that.
