I've seen all of your questions. You need to seriously let him go. You may really like him but chances are he doesn't like you. I don't know why he might be staring at you here are some ideas: you are wearing something funny, you look weird, he's wondering why you are obsessed, he wants you to leave him alone, or maybe you are just catching him as he's glaceing over--not staring.
The possibility is there that he likes you but if he's not doing anything about it--you are wasting your time obsessing over him. Best of Luck!

Not necessarily. A guy might just stare at you cuz your cute. Start going out wid him and then see if he really likes you for who you are.

I stare at tons of people...doesn't mean I like them, though.
Although, I do constantly look at the boy I like in my science class...I have a problem.
Then again, I'm a girl.

Sometimes guys just stare coz they like to look at you but it doesn't mean they like you. Have had that happen before.... It's embarrassing if you start to think they like you when they don't.

Who can say he can just be a weirdo. Who knows what he is thinking. You can tell if someone is attracted to you or are just crazy. Find out his background if you can and be careful.

this guy my friend likes stares at her but ata dance we asked him to dance with her and he said no but he is kind of shy so it probably could and coulnt mean he likes you

this is joe's wife. and i had guys that did that in high school.. kinda hard to fully answer your question unless I know how old he is. but alot of times they like you but wont let you know cause their friends dont like you. stupid isnt it.
