First off I don`t know to much about car`s.So like I said be4,my car is leaking oil,and now I see that their is oil on the engine it`s looks like it has started on the side of the engine block.So is it a problem I need to take care of now, be4 I start driving it again,and if I drive it will the engine lock up on me.

Probably valve covers but possibly front seal or something else. You can drive it but watch the oil level closely! I would make arrangements to get it repaired as soon as possible to avoid more serious problems which cost more moulla!!!!!!!!

from the side of the engine?? id say check the oil pressure sending unit,usually located close to the filter.you can add oil to it,start and watch for it to drip.it may not be beneficial to try to replace it yourself it that is the case,as the tools to replace it will not be used terribly often.

it could be coming from the intake.no it wont lock up as long as you keep an eye on the oil level.

check all fluids and spend a little money at a good shop to find the problem .May just need to be tightened or a gasket replaced
