of the three remaining space shuttles are there any differences in size and or performance capabilities?

and after they are retired would nasa consider selling them to a privatly owned space exploriaton company

Size is the same. The newest, Endurance is actually a little less capable, because when the built it, they decided to make it a little stronger than the older shuttles, so it's heavier.
