Hi!
We own an Ice Cream store and we are putting a comment card online for customers to fill out. It will print on their receipt that they can go to our website and fill out a comment card for a free ice cream. After they fill out the survey it could take them to a PDF Coupon with a random code on it. Can I make that so they can only print it once?

Thanks in Advance!
Zachary

You would probably need the program to cross-reference the name, address, and/or phone number. If it finds no matches, then the program directs the user to the coupon. If it finds matches, the program directs the user to a page stating that they've already downloaded the coupon and they're only allowed one per customer.

Also, make sure the comment card and coupon state "only one per customer" as well.

Will you send me a mint chocolate chip double scoop in a waffle cone? :-)
