Wear Hollister, but not all Hollister or they'll think you're desperate. Make sure you don't wear clothes from a store that competes with Hollister.
Be friendly, and went I went to get a job there, they loved how I talked about past Hollister sales, styles and prices.

Alot of people say hollister clothing, but that is not what I am going to say. If you want to wear hollister clothing then I am all for it, but all I would recommend is that you go casual and not too dressy. Just be yourself, don't turn into anyone you are not. That is the key, but keep in mind that it is not only what you wear that helps you get the job. What really matters is how good and skilled of a person you are. Be prepared and you will do just fine.

Wear something similar to what they wear at the store, but dressed up a bit. So if they wear casual denim and t's with flip flops....wear dress pants, a nice top or sweater and little cute shoes with a nice bag or purse to match. And wear a smile!
If they ask you why you want to work there, which they probally will, tell them about your like/love/passion for clothes, people, fun atmosphere. If you like Hollister, then you probally like A&F, since it is their 'younger' store. Also there is a high end, older A&F store, Ruehl (say 'rule'). Just be honest and have fun, Good luck!
