Why risk being fined?
If you're broke they go after your parents if you're on their machine. If you're in school they usually cut off net access, fine you and you're still able to be sued.

It not worth it if you have anything of value. But if you're totally broke they may have trouble collecting, they can get a judgement and attach your future pay... Not worth it to save a buck in my opinion.

You can get viruses with it that take time and money to remove.
