Cause once I T.P.ed someone's house and a cop came by and said," Good Job."

Depends on what state you are in. I went to school in Chicago and it was illegal there. Then moved to Alabama in the 10th grade and it wasnt illegal there... but you couldnt damage property in any way and you could be charged with trespassing if they had a private property sign. Depends on where you live.

You must be in the north somewhere because we called it
TP in Chicago and in the south it is called rolling the yard.

Be careful, be quiet and dont get caught.

It depends on where you live. In my city, the only thing that can happen is the homeowner can prosecute for trespassing. Depending on the city, they may try you for vandalism, or littering.

You should call the police station and ask, they can't arrest you for asking, right?

littering I believe can be 500 fine depending on where you live. But I suppose on Halloween some lazy cop might let it go.

Especially if a cop came by and told you that you were doing "a good job"
