Depending on what verizon store you go to sometimes they will work with you. DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH IS LEFT ON YOUR CONTRACT. My phone was recently left out in the rain and we had alittle over a year left on our contract but they allowed us to go ahead and sign another 2 yr contract and get new phones. HOpe this helps.

you need to check to see if you are eligable for an upgrade, if you are then you can sign a new contract and get the good price if youre not then you'll have to pay full price for the phone

you can try to find an unlocked one on ebay

no you can't get a new phone unless you pay to terminate your plan and get that phone or you can trade that in for a refurbished phone that you already have

you're screwed!...if your contract is not up...then you have to keep the one you have or pay the regular price which is a lot of $$$$....but did you see the new CRAZR ?! looks awesome
