It will get darker in the evenings and brighter in the mornings for a while.

It depends on the time of the day, naturally. If you wake up at seven o'clock and the sun is just rising you will see that after you set your clock back an hour it will be six o'clock when the sun rises.
In the evening the sun sets let's say at seven o'clock, but you turn the hans of the clock back an hour the sun will set at six o'clock.
So at seven in the morning it will be lighter, but at seven in the evening it will be darker after setting back the clocks, but only for awhile.

It will get darker. Sooner or later when it is six o'clock in the evening or so, it will already be dark. It also depends what time zone you're in too or what continent I suppose, but in the central time zone, that is what happens.

It will be the same brightness, its the time that changes. Brighter earlier in the morning, darker earlier in the evening.
